Our full-service package for safeguarding networks with more than 100 devices benefits you in several ways. Very short response times ensure that your support case is processed within 2 hours. Major incidents are addressed within a maximum of 30 minutes. Thanks to the proactive support concept, potential problems are identified and avoided in advance. If necessary, network specialists from our 3rd-level support are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can use the option of extended service hours. However you decide, this special service assures the maximum availability of your network services and long-term reductions in downtime.
LANCOM Premium Support Access

LANCOM Serial Adapter Kit
Internationally, analog telephone connections are just as common in the business world as the predominant ISDN connections in Germany. The operation of international networks thus places particular demands on remote maintenance options and for high-availability of the gateways and thus requires different interfaces than the ISDN common in Germany. Apart from conventional analog telephone lines, mobile telephone networks such as GSM or GPRS may, in certain cases, represent the only way of providing remote maintenance without broadband or other cabled access. In response to these requirements, most LANCOM models with a serial interface can be extended with an additional WAN interface with the use of analog modems, GSM or GPRS.
LANCOM IAP Mount
The LANCOM IAP Mount is an equipment for the flexible mounting of LANCOM IAP devices. Thus, the robust mount is ideal for the secure mounting on top-hat rails or poles in rough environments.
LANCOM Wall Mount (LN)
The LANCOM Wall Mount (LN) consists of one wall bracket with kensington lock, one padlock, and one drilling template. It offers optimal anti-theft protection for LANCOM devices in LN housing and maximum flexibility for the installation of access points at walls or ceilings.
